How to Request a Bandwidth Increase and Enable UDP Support?

To cater to the high-efficiency requirements of different users, IPFoxy has added paid bandwidth upgrade and UDP protocol services.

Based on your actual usage scenarios, you can flexibly upgrade your proxy bandwidth to enjoy faster network connectivity. Meanwhile, you may optionally enable the UDP protocol to optimize the experience of video streaming, live broadcasting, and other high-bandwidth applications, making your network operations smoother and more seamless.

1.Single Proxy Customization Operation

1.Open 【Dedicated Proxies】, and find the 【Edit Button】under the 【Network】 column on the right side of the page.

2. You can choose 【Dedicated Bandwidth 】 / 【UDP Protocol 】based on your business needs. If you need bandwidth customization, enter the target bandwidth to be adjusted in the input box.

  • Bandwidth pricing varies by region, with details subject to the 【Oder Summary】section on the page.
  • The current price for enabling the UDP protocol is $0.5 per IP.
  • Currently, customized paid services only support payment via the website balance. Please ensure to top up your balance in advance to guarantee sufficient funds before proceeding.

2.Bulk Proxy Customization Operation

1.Open 【Dedicated Proxies】, check the proxies to be customized in the list, then select 【Bulk Action - Network Customization】.

2.You can choose 【Dedicated Bandwidth】 / 【UDP Protocol】 based on your business needs. If you need bandwidth customization, enter the target bandwidth to be adjusted in the input box.

  • Bandwidth pricing varies by region, with details subject to the 【Order Summary】section on the page.
  • The current price for enabling the UDP protocol is $0.5 per IP.
  • Currently, customized paid services only support payment via the website balance. Please ensure to top up your balance in advance to guarantee sufficient funds before proceeding.

3.Subscription Renewal Instructions

During subscription renewal, you can freely choose to retain your existing customization or restore defaults. The fee will be combined and calculated based on the cycle you select and your current proxy bandwidth.

Example:

If your agent currently has 60 days of custom network settings validity, and you choose to retain the customization for 30 days during renewal, the bandwidth customization will be extended to 90 days. If you choose to restore the default settings, the bandwidth will revert to the default value after 60 days.

Tips:
If you choose to restore defaults, you will be charged at the original price; any subsequent re-customization will incur additional customization fees.

4.Function Notes

  • Due to technical support limitations from proxy suppliers, some proxies do not support this customization feature. If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service.
  • Custom-configured proxies do not support configure accelerated transfer. Enabling a transit node will immediately disable the bandwidth and UDP features.
  • Data Center Proxies support bandwidth adjustment ranging from 5-50 Mbps, Static Residential Proxies support 10-50 Mbps. Each adjustment remains valid for the current lifecycle of the proxy (e.g., if the proxy is valid for 60 days, the adjusted bandwidth will be effective for 60 days). The renewal fee will be combined and calculated based on the cycle you select and your current proxy bandwidth.
  • UDP support can be enabled or disabled and remains effective for the current lifecycle of the proxy (e.g., if the proxy validity period is 60 days, the UDP feature will be effective for 60 days). No additional fee will be charged for UDP if the proxy is renewed before expiration.
  • After customizing the proxy's bandwidth and UDP, if the IP expires and enters the release grace period, the customizations will become invalid. Both the bandwidth upgrade and UDP activation will incur additional fees upon re-renewal.
  • Increasing bandwidth is designed to raise the peak bandwidth limit of the IP. Please note that the actual speed may fluctuate due to varying network conditions.
